Refund Policy

All transactions are non-refundable under any circumstances nor will credits be issued.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done 24 hours before the time of the appointment.  

If the cancellation occurs after 24 hours window, rescheduling will not be permitted; a new appointment must be made.
